Destiny 2 Gets New Art And A Big Bungie Store Sale

The Bungie Day celebrations continue.

As part of Destiny developer Bungie’s “Bungie Day” celebrations, the studio has released some lovely-looking artwork for Destiny 2 and launched a new sale in the Bungie Store.

The studio released a number of new wallpapers, which you can see here on Bungie’s site. There’s concept art, along with shots of the main classes, and some gorgeous outdoor scenes. You can download them in 4K for your desktop or pick up mobile versions.

Another element of Bungie’s celebrations is a store-wide Bungie Store sale. Now until July 14, you can save 17 percent of everything when using the code SEVENISDARKER. [...]

Destiny 2 Is Still On Track for 2017


Activision says Destiny 2 will launch in 2017 and that the publisher is working with Bungie to establish a better way to deliver additional content to fans.

With the first of Destiny’s new raid Challenge modes launching this week and the only thing left on the foreseeable horizon being the return of Sparrow Racing League in December, fans are already starting to talk about what’s next. So, What Exactly Is The Plan For ‘Destiny’ Year Three Content?

The idea was that Bungie was going to learn. That after the largely negative reaction to Destiny Year Two content, that perhaps some sort of compromise with the fanbase was in order. While the ultra-populated content stream of Year One might be out of reach, Year Three would give players more than the desert they trudged through in Year Two, which was largely made up of short “events,” and little else.

How you can sign up for early beta access to Steep

Here’s your chance to play Ubisoft’s brand new open-world adventure sports game before its release.

Steep, the epic new snow sports sim from Ubisoft Annecy, is almost here, with launch scheduled for December 2 on PS4, Xbox One and PC. But if you can’t wait until then, you can take to the slopes early thanks to two beta phases the games publisher has just announced for November.

Ubisoft is planning a two-phase beta spread, with an early access period running from November 10-14 for participants picked from a pool of those who register in time. That will be followed by an Open Beta Weekend from November 18-21, available on all platforms and open to all.
